Top Ten Tuesday: Non-Bookish Freebie

Top Ten Tuesday is a feature hosted by Jana at That Artsy Reader Girl.

Today's Top Ten Tuesday challenge is a non-bookish freebie, to encourage book bloggers to share a bit more about themselves.  I've already got a "Ten Tens About Me" page, so I went through previously taken photos to see if I could find ten that represent me.

I am a Christian.

I love stationery supplies nearly as much as books.

The daisy is my favorite flower.

Pink and green are my favorite colors.

I'd rather eat fruit than just about anything.

I love small toys.

I have a cat, St. John, who fills my life with joy.

Cross stitching is my favorite hobby.

I absolutely love keys.

Winter is my favorite season.

So, how about you?  Do we share any favorites or have anything in common?

    1. Fruit is such a great sweet treat! It nearly always fills my sugar need -- except for those times when nothing but chocolate will do! (Thanks for the visit -- I'm off to read your list!)

    1. There is so much pleasure to be had in a fresh notebook or a new pen! (Thanks for the visit -- I'm off to read your list!)

    1. We have a good things in common! I envy those that can crochet or knit. I can do the basic stitches of both, but my comprehension skills just aren't the right kind for following the patterns. It leaves me totally confused! I have a friend who crochets the little amigurumi figures and they are so cute. Mom knits and crochets wraps and scarves and the like. What do you like to crochet? (Thanks for the visit!)

  5. My husband used to joke that I have a pen addiction because I'm forever looking at pens, but I have cut back on buying them because I don't write nearly as much as I used to. And I still have a huge stash.

    1. My husband is actually worse about pens than I am -- he's always looking for the "perfect" pen. I have had the same fountain pen for over thirty years now (how can I be that old?!) and, for me, it's perfect! Doesn't stop me from buying new ones, though. .. LOL (Thanks for the visit!)

    1. I agree -- I can pile on more and more clothes and get warm, but I can only strip to my skin and sometimes (here in East Tennessee) that's not enough! (Thanks for the visit!)

  7. Your cat is so adorable! I am also a stationery addict, I have a ton of notebooks that I bought because they were pretty that are still sitting there waiting for me to use them. My favourite season is autumn, I really love autumn colours and the weather is not too warm but not as freezing as winter: I do enjoy winter too though, I like the excuse to drink a ton of hot chocolate! I also love pink, purple and pink are my favourite colours, and I like fruit.

  8. We have a lot in common! I love autumn colors, too, and when I lived in the mountains of North Carolina, it was a lovely season, and my favorite. Here in East Tennessee, though, it doesn't cool down from summer until about November. It seems like we don't really get a spring or an autumn here, just a super hot summer and a mild winter. (Thanks for the visit!)
